Forever with Lilypad Events

If you want to be fully present and enjoy your wedding day, then Lily is your gal! I got to experience working with Lily twice, once as a Maid of Honor and once as a bride. She keeps you on schedule and manages communication with your other vendors. I’m sure she did so many things behind the scenes that I don’t even know about to make sure the day went smoothly. I’m so thankful for all her help, especially in the weeks leading up to my wedding day. I had 3 events on my wedding day and she helped me get through all the planning! She met with me every week to plan and also to check in to make sure I was not overly stressed. Honestly, I would have been a mess without her. Lily, thank you for all your help!! Go hire her for all your wedding needs.

Lily was such an amazing Wedding Month of Coordinator for our wedding. I had so many ideas and so many plans and Lily was a key piece in making sure everything was absolutely picture perfect. We had a non-local wedding in Southern California and a plan to invite 300 guests which required a lot of pre-planning. Even though Lily hadn’t worked with any of these vendors prior, she was a complete pro in managing all the logistics, communication, and planning well in advance. I never had to worry about a single thing and on the day of, I could TRULY be present and enjoy our special day. If it weren’t for Lily, we really couldn’t have pulled off such a large wedding with zero issues. I’m also thankful about how thoughtful she was about the small details and was always thoughtful about my opinions.

We would’ve never been able to execute on our vision without Lily! She took all the last minute stress off our minds. We didn’t have to worry about the details of the day because she made sure we discussed the smallest details during our regular calls leading up to the big day and provided us with a detailed timeline. Lily coordinated with all our vendors to finalize details; she even did the impossible task of getting a hold of our venue site manager! Our day was more perfect than we could’ve imagined thanks to all the work that she did behind the scenes by intercepting vendor questions before they approached us, coordinating with our bridal party to ensure last minute details were taken care of, and keeping everything on track. We were so impressed how she lit up over hundreds of sparklers by herself for our guests and knew exactly how long the sparklers would last. Lily definitely knows her wedding knowledge. Most importantly, she did everything with a smile and never had a complaint about last minute changes due to COVID.

Lily is the best planner you could ask for! She’s helped me with my bridal shower, my son’s baby shower, and most recently my son’s 3rd birthday party. No task is too small and she thinks through all the details of experience, supplies, and coordination so you don’t have to. For my son’s 3rd birthday party, having to juggle two kids age 3 and under and manage a party of 60+ family and friends is impossible to do. With Lily, my husband and I didn’t have to worry at all during the party. We had the ability to focus on what mattered to us during the party: taking care of both kids, making sure the birthday boy was enjoying his party, and being able to mingle and connect with our guests. Lily handled everything from party decor set up, coordination with the venue’s staff for equipment and furniture layout, keeping the party on schedule, tracking where all supplies are (from goody bags, to tupperware, to where presents are stored, etc.), managing our slideshow in the background, party clean up, and loading everything leftover in our car. As our lives get more complex with our two kids, we can’t imagine being able to host a party to the scale of community we have without Lily’s help. We’re so grateful that she’s always there for us for our big life moments and highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with weddings and party coordination.

We were very pleased to be able to work with Lily on our event. We were referred to Lily by another event planner, and she turned out to be just what we needed. She organized the online invitations to the event, monitored the progress of the RSVPs, made sure that we were on track with all of the preparations, and advised us about different considerations of planning (we had a lot of questions!). Lily was also super helpful with setup, cleanup, and vendor coordination on the day of the event. Our event was weeks ago, and we have continued to get lots of good feedback from those in attendance. We are so grateful for Lily’s help in making the event a success, and we wholeheartedly endorse her event planning services.
