Lily is an experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable professional and we are grateful for her. If you find yourself wondering “do we need a coordinator?,” then it is a sign that you do need one. And no, don’t ask your friend to coordinate for you - you need an experienced professional who can do the job well and with care! Lily is the one. She was so patient, reliable, and flexible with us as our plans kept changing! She was prompt on all our scheduled phone calls/emails and came ready to talk with a list of things in mind each time - so prepared and organized. Lily will make sure you consider all the little details but ultimately everything will come down to what is important to you and your significant other! We are most thankful for her helping out on the day of our wedding as she communicated with all our vendors prior to the event and made our big day seamless with no confusion. We highly recommend Lily - you’ll have a successful, organized wedding and you and your spouse-to-be will be thankful for saving yourselves some serious sanity!

Lily was such an amazing Wedding Month of Coordinator for our wedding. I had so many ideas and so many plans and Lily was a key piece in making sure everything was absolutely picture perfect. We had a non-local wedding in Southern California and a plan to invite 300 guests which required a lot of pre-planning. Even though Lily hadn’t worked with any of these vendors prior, she was a complete pro in managing all the logistics, communication, and planning well in advance. I never had to worry about a single thing and on the day of, I could TRULY be present and enjoy our special day. If it weren’t for Lily, we really couldn’t have pulled off such a large wedding with zero issues. I’m also thankful about how thoughtful she was about the small details and was always thoughtful about my opinions.

We would’ve never been able to execute on our vision without Lily! She took all the last minute stress off our minds. We didn’t have to worry about the details of the day because she made sure we discussed the smallest details during our regular calls leading up to the big day and provided us with a detailed timeline. Lily coordinated with all our vendors to finalize details; she even did the impossible task of getting a hold of our venue site manager! Our day was more perfect than we could’ve imagined thanks to all the work that she did behind the scenes by intercepting vendor questions before they approached us, coordinating with our bridal party to ensure last minute details were taken care of, and keeping everything on track. We were so impressed how she lit up over hundreds of sparklers by herself for our guests and knew exactly how long the sparklers would last. Lily definitely knows her wedding knowledge. Most importantly, she did everything with a smile and never had a complaint about last minute changes due to COVID.

We were very pleased to be able to work with Lily on our event. We were referred to Lily by another event planner, and she turned out to be just what we needed. She organized the online invitations to the event, monitored the progress of the RSVPs, made sure that we were on track with all of the preparations, and advised us about different considerations of planning (we had a lot of questions!). Lily was also super helpful with setup, cleanup, and vendor coordination on the day of the event. Our event was weeks ago, and we have continued to get lots of good feedback from those in attendance. We are so grateful for Lily’s help in making the event a success, and we wholeheartedly endorse her event planning services.

Lily was amazing throughout the whole process. She is extremely detailed, attentive, and caring. I was able to witness Lily’s work firsthand at a friend’s wedding. Usually, you don’t notice the coordinators too much, but she was everywhere – letting all the tables know when it was almost their turn to get food, giving the DJ a heads up on what was coming next, and even encouraging folks to participate in the money dance. When it came to our wedding, she went above and beyond too. I appreciated that she provided a template and outline of what to expect and it was all organized in one document. We talked about what needed to be done each week. She was extremely responsive answered all of my questions and provided advice. She also worked seamlessly with our other vendors with our wedding being in San Diego, CA. I felt ready and knew what to expect for the day of, which went off without a hitch. We had a rehearsal the day before and she made sure we were walking at the right pace and speaking loud enough.The day of, she was in constant communication and letting me know what was coming up next. Lily provided touch-ups with her wedding kit throughout the day. She gave each table a heads-up before table pictures. She even asked us if we ate or needed any drinks throughout the night (and got them quickly, wow!). At the end of the night, she was somehow able to get all the décor back into our boxes and packed up quickly. Being quite detailed myself (on the verge of micro-management), I feel grateful I was able to have Lily as our coordinator who could help execute things exactly as we wanted. I highly recommend Lily!
